Paul Hastings Advised Morgan Stanley and CICC in Beisen’s Hong Kong Listing

Paul Hastings LLP advised Morgan Stanley Asia Limited and China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited as the joint sponsors in connection with the HK$238.9 million global offering of Beisen Holding Limited (Beisen) and its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 9669.HK).

Morgan Stanley Asia Limited and China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited acted as the overall coordinators, joint sponsors, joint global coordinators, and joint lead managers; and Morgan Stanley Asia Limited, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited, and Tiger Brokers (HK) Global Limited acted as the joint bookrunners.

Beisen is the largest provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions in China in terms of revenues in 2021.
