Paul Hastings Advised Monroe Capital on Financing for Specialized Packaging Group’s Acquisition of Protective Packaging Solutions

Paul Hastings LLP represented Monroe Capital LLC, as administrative agent and joint lead arranger, on the funding of a term loan to support the acquisition of Protective Packaging Solutions (“PPS”) by Specialized Packaging Group (“SPG”). SPG is an existing portfolio company of private equity sponsor Altamont Capital Partners. PPS is a leading designer and fabricator of custom engineered packaging solutions, and SPG is a leading vertically integrated provider of protective packaging products in North America.
