Paul Hastings Advised Lenders in Goldman Sachs Alternatives’ Acquisition of Synthon

Paul Hastings LLP advised the lenders in connection with the financing of Goldman Sachs Alternatives’ acquisition of Synthon, a leading platform specialised in developing, manufacturing, and out-licensing complex generic medicines.

The private equity business at Goldman Sachs Alternatives will acquire a majority stake in Synthon from funds advised by BC Partners, which will continue to own a significant stake.
