Paul Hastings Advised Lenders in Connection with Legends’ Acquisition of ASM Global

Paul Hastings LLP advised Ares Capital Corporation, as administrative agent, and Ares Capital Management, KKR Credit, Apollo Global Management, Oaktree Capital, HPS Investments, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, as lenders, in connection with a definitive agreement for Legends to acquire ASM Global. The definitive agreement for Legends to acquire ASM Global was announced on November 7, 2023.

Legends is a global premium experiences company that specializes in delivering holistic solutions for sports and entertainment organizations, venues, and attractions, including Real Madrid, SoFi Stadium, One World Observatory, Dallas Cowboys, FC Barcelona, University of Notre Dame, New York Yankees, and Ryder Cup, as well as leagues and properties such as the NFL, MLB, NASCAR, PGA of America, and FIFA World Cup. ASM Global manages a portfolio of live event entertainment venues worldwide and provides best-in-class venue operation and content and event booking.
