Paul Hastings Advised Lenders in BC Partners’ $750 Million Acquisition of Madison Logic

Paul Hastings LLP advised a group of lenders in international investment firm BC Partners’ $750 million acquisition of a majority stake in Madison Logic, a global leading Account Based Marketing platform.
