Paul Hastings Advised Kiloutou on €550.0 Million High Yield Refinancing

Paul Hastings LLP advised Kiloutou, a leading generalist equipment rental company in Europe and portfolio company of HLD and Dentressangle, in connection with the issuance of €400.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.0% senior secured notes due 2031 and €150.0 million in aggregate principal amount of additional senior secured floating rate notes due 2030. The proceeds of the notes were used to refinance Kiloutou’s existing debt and fund cash to the balance sheet.
