Paul Hastings Advised Kayne Anderson BDC, Inc. in its Initial Public Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised Kayne Anderson BDC in its initial public offering of $100 million of common stock, which was completed on May 24, 2024. KBDC’s shares of common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KBDC.”
