Paul Hastings LLP advised J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in providing $6 billion in committed financing for ONEOK’s acquisition from Global Infrastructure Partners of its 100% equity interest in Medallion Midstream, and its approximately 43% equity interest, and non-economic ownership interest in the managing member, of Enlink Midstream.
