Paul Hastings Advised IDC Overseas, Ltd. in US$150 Million Euro Medium Term Notes Program

Paul Hastings LLP advised IDC Overseas, Ltd. as issuer in the establishment of, and initial notes issuance under, the issuer’s US$150 million Euro Medium Term Note Program (the “EMTN Program”).

Under the EMTN Program, the issuer may, from time to time, issue notes denominated in any currency to be agreed upon between the issuer and the relevant dealer at the time of issuance. The net proceeds from the issuance of the notes will be used by the issuer for general corporate purposes and debt refinancing.
