Paul Hastings LLP advised H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion of capital under management, in its acquisition of Segers Aero Corporation (“Segers”). Segers provides essential maintenance, repair, and overhaul services on mission-critical military platforms.
