Paul Hastings Advised Government of Jamaica in Connection with the Securitization of Revenues from the Kingston Airport

Paul Hastings LLP advised the Government of Jamaica (“Jamaica”) and Kingston Airport Revenue Finance Limited on the securitization of Jamaica’s rights to a portion of the revenues of the Kingston airport via Kingston Airport Revenue Finance Limited’s $480 Million 6.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2036, representing a novel financing structure for a government’s airport revenues. The proceeds of the bond will be used partially to help refinance Jamaica’s indebtedness and fund infrastructure programs.
