Paul Hastings Advised Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Barclays and J.P. Morgan on the Refinancing of Phenna Group

Paul Hastings LLP advised Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Barclays and J.P. Morgan on the refinancing of Phenna Group’s existing debt, which had been provided in 2022 in connection with Oakley Capital’s investment in Phenna. The company is a debut loan issuer in the syndicated TLB market, and both the Facility B and Delayed Draw Term Facility were syndicated to investors.
