Paul Hastings Advised Goldman Sachs in Thoma Bravo’s $5.3 Billion Acquisition of Darktrace

Paul Hastings LLP advised Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in Thoma Bravo LP’s $5.3 billion all-cash acquisition of UK-based AI cybersecurity company Darktrace plc. With the completion of the transaction, Darktrace will become a privately held company.
