Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Cathay Capital Private Equity, a private equity and venture capital firm, on entering into exclusive negotiations with Wedia, an international B2B SaaS specialist in the field of digital asset and social media management, and the main shareholders, for the acquisition of a controlling block followed by a tender offer.
