Paul Hastings Advised Carlyle on a Strategic Partnership with North Bridge to Provide Up to $1 Billion in C-PACE Financing

Paul Hastings LLP advised global investment firm Carlyle on a strategic investment into real estate finance solutions leading provider North Bridge ESG LLC. The partnership includes a commitment to provide up to $1 billion to facilitate the origination of commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) loans by North Bridge.
