Paul Hastings LLP advised BofA Securities as the sole book-running manager in connection with a secondary offering by Thoma Bravo of $374 million ordinary shares of CyberArk (NASDAQ: CYBR). The offering is expected to close on December 9, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. CyberArk is a global leader in identity security.
