Paul Hastings Advised BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC on Arvinas’ $350 Million Private Placement

Paul Hastings LLP advised BofA Securities, Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC as joint lead placement agents in connection with Arvinas, Inc.’s (Nasdaq: ARVN) private placement. The total gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $350 million. Arvinas is a clinical-stage biotechnology company creating a new class of drugs based on targeted protein degradation.
