Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited, Tiger Brokers (HK) Global Limited, Livermore Holdings Limited, and TradeGo Markets Limited acted as the joint lead managers.

Carote is a global brand for kitchenware products with a notable presence in the online kitchenware segment across key markets, including China, the United States, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, and Japan.
