Paul Hastings Advised Blue Owl Credit Advisors, Blackstone Alternative Credit Advisors, and Ares Capital Management in $7.2 Billion Take-Private of Squarespace

Paul Hastings LLP advised Blue Owl Credit Advisors LP, Blackstone Alternative Credit Advisors LLC, Ares Capital Management LLC, and other lenders in Permira’s $7.2 billion take-private acquisition of website design platform Squarespace, Inc. This is the latest multi-billion dollar tech deal that the Paul Hastings finance practice has led this year, having recently advised lenders on financing in connection with Veritas Capital’s $2.45 billion acquisition of NCR Voyix, and Goldman Sachs in Thoma Bravo’s $5.3 billion acquisition of Darktrace.
