Paul Hastings Advised Bank of Montreal and Other Arrangers on Financing for Warburg Pincus’ Investment in Everise

Paul Hastings LLP advised the Bank of Montreal and other arrangers in connection with financing the investment by Warburg Pincus in Everise, a leading global healthcare services outsourcing company, joining existing investor Brookfield. The financing consisted of $425 million of term loans and a $90 million revolving facility.

The Paul Hastings team was led by Global Finance partner Josh Zelig, which also included associates Tina Davis, Anderson Westerman, and Justin Zeizel.
