Sucursal Colombia, Unidad de Infraestructura y Construcciones Asociadas S.A.S. – Unica S.A.S., KMA Construcciones S.A., Solarte Nacional de Construcciones S.A.S. – Sonacol S.A.S., SP Ingenieros S.A.S., Valores y Contratos S.A. – Valorcon S.A., and COFIDES, in connection with the approximately $600 million refinancing for Colombia’s Conexión Norte Toll Road Project, a 145-kilometer toll road which will run from Remedios to Caucasia in the Antioquia region of Colombia, as part of the country’s 4G highway infrastructure program.
