Paul Hastings Advises Arezzo in First International Acquisition

Paul Hastings LLP is advising Arezzo Indústria e Comércio S.A., one of Brazil’s leading shoemakers, in the acquisition of a controlling interest (with an option to acquire 100%) in Italian shoe brand, Paris Texas S.r.l, marking the company’s first international acquisition and a key milestone in Arezzo’s global expansion.
