Paul Hastings Advised Altisource Portfolio Solutions in Public Equity Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised Luxembourg company Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (NASDAQ: ASPS), a leading provider and marketplace for the real estate and mortgage industries, in connection with its underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. In the offering, Altisource sold an aggregate of 4,550,000 shares of its common stock (inclusive of 550,000 shares that were sold pursuant to the underwriters’ exercise of their option to purchase additional shares of Altisource’s common stock).
