Paul Hastings Advised Agrokasa in its Sale to Grupo HAME

Paul Hastings advised Agrokasa Holdings S.A. and its subsidiary Sociedad Agricola Drokasa S.A., together one of Peru’s largest produce exporters, in its agreement to sell 100% of their interest to agro-industrial conglomerate Grupo HAME. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Mergers & Acquisitions partners Rob Leung and Mike Huang led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Vinnie Buehler, Celina Hong, and Gabriella Jassir.
