LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Regions Securities LLC, and Truist Securities, Inc., in connection with the implementation of the $500 million ATM Program of American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NYSE:AHR). The program, which includes a forward component, was established on November 18, 2024.
