PAI Partners Structures an Equity Bridge Financing for its New Fund, PAI VIII

Paris - Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised PAI Partners on the structuring of an equity bridge financing of up to €2.5 billion in principal amount for its new PAI VIII fund.

PAI Partners is a pre-eminent private equity firm, managing more than €25.2 billion of dedicated buyout funds. Since 1994, PAI Partners has completed 90 investments in 11 countries, representing over €70 billion in transaction value.
