Nicole Lueddeke Named Among Daily Journal’s 2023 “Top White Collar Lawyers”

December 13, 2023

Paul Hastings Investigations & White Collar Defense associate Nicole Lueddeke has been named among Daily Journal's 2023 "Top White Collar Lawyers."

Ms. Lueddeke is noted for leading complex white collar defense cases across multiple jurisdictions, representing a wide array of domestic and international clients in state and federal investigations. Ms. Lueddeke’s clients included representing multinational biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and life sciences companies in ongoing criminal investigations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. In one of her matters involving a voluntary disclosure to the DOJ after an internal investigation in China, Ms. Lueddeke provided critical briefings to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, including the Filip Factor and disgorgement presentations. By following DOJ guidance, advocating for cooperation, and implementing timely and extensive remediation, her client received a full declination. Additionally, Ms. Lueddeke was part of the winning trial team that represented Rear Admiral Bruce Loveless in the high-profile “Fat Leonard” Navy corruption scandal, securing the lone not-guilty verdict.

The annual list recognizes leading white collar attorneys in California who have made significant contributions to the practice.
