Vector Capital Completes Acquisition of a Majority Stake in Experian’s Cross-Channel Marketing Business

San Francisco -- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Vector Capital and ExactTarget Co-Founder Peter McCormick in the completion of a majority acquisition of Experian’s Cross-Channel Marketing (CCM) business, which includes Experian Marketing Suite, CheetahMail and Mail Publisher. The transaction closed on May 31, 2017.
