Vance Street Capital Completes Manufacturing Acquisition

Los Angeles – Paul Hastings, LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Vance Street Capital LLC, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, in its acquisition from W.L. Gore & Associates of two manufacturing facilities and related operations located in Wall Township, New Jersey. The acquired business designs and manufactures high pressure braided tubing and extrusions, as well as assembly/molding, for the medical industry.
