TIBCO Acquires Orchestra Network

Paris and San Francisco - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm is advising California-based TIBCO Software, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners and a global leader in integration, API management, and analytics in their acquisition of France-based Orchestra Networks, a leader of master data management (MDM) solutions and data asset management.

TIBCO provides integration, analytics and event-processing software for companies to use on-premises or as part of cloud computing environments. Orchestra Networks is a leading Enterprise Data Management software solution provider that lets users manage, govern and share data assets. The acquisition will allow TIBCO – already a leader in enterprise data management – to strengthen its ability to help clients organize customer data, in particular at a time when GDPR compliance is of paramount importance to companies operating internationally.

The Paul Hastings team was led by Corporate partners Sébastien Crepy in Paris and Steve Camahort in San Francisco and also included Tax partner Allard de Waal, Employment partner Stéphane Henry and associates Vincent Nacinovic, Alexandre Ruiz and Olivia Sibieude in Paris; and Tax partner Jim Smulkowski in Chicago and Employment partner Dan Stellenberg in Palo Alto.
