Teleperformance to Acquire LanguageLine Solutions for $1.5 Billion

San Diego - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm is representing Teleperformance SE (EPA:RCF), the worldwide leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management, in a US$1.5 billion agreement to acquire Language Line Holdings LLC, the US leader in over-the-phone and video interpretation solutions.

Paul Hastings partners Teri O’Brien and Claudia Simon led the Paul Hastings team, which also included senior associate Melissa Garcia and associates Melissa Sampson, Nausheen Shaikh and Spencer Young.
