Teleperformance Announces Acquisition of Intelenet from Blackstone

San Diego – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Teleperformance SE, the worldwide leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management, in the Company's pending acquisition of Intelenet, a major global provider of high-end omnichannel customer experience management, back-office, human resources and financial and administration services, from Blackstone (NYSE: BX) for a total consideration of $1 billion (enterprise value). The transaction is expected to close by September 30, 2018, subject to certain regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
