Symphony Technology Group Acquires Winshuttle Holdings

San Francisco – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, represented Symphony Technology Group in its acquisition of Winshuttle Holdings, LLC, the leading SAP-centric robotic process automation and data management platform provider. Symphony Technology Group is a private equity firm with $2 billion in assets under management focused on market-leading data, software and analytics companies.
