October 30, 2020
Washington D.C. – Robert Luskin, a partner in the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice of Paul Hastings LLP, has been named a White Collar MVP by Law360. The accolade rewards attorneys who had extraordinary wins and contributed most to their practice area in the past year.
A profile in Law360 discusses Robert’s biggest accomplishment this year, guiding aerospace giant Airbus SE to its landmark $4 billion Foreign Corrupt Practices Act settlement with American, French and British authorities — the world's biggest ever bribery settlement. The interview also notes his representation of Gordon Sondland, U.S. Ambassador to the EU, during the impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump; and Robert discusses his career history, motivation, other notable cases, and advice for junior attorneys.
The Paul Hastings Investigations and White Collar Defense practice has received several other high profile accolades in recent months, including being ranked in the Top 10 of Global Investigations Review’s GIR 100, an annual guide to the world’s leading cross border investigations practices, and being named Washington D.C.’s White Collar Litigation Department of the Year by _The National Law Journal (_NLJ).
