Paul Hastings Top Performer in Asian Counsel's 2007 Deal of the Year Awards

Paul Hastings has been awarded Asian Counsel's Deal of the Year Award for the following deals in 2007:

- Maxis Communications LBO, Malaysia
- Mirant sale of Philippine business to The Tokyo Electric Power Company/Marubeni Consortium

In addition, the following deals have been named Honourable Mentions in Asian Counsel's 2007 Deals of the Year :
