Paul Hastings Signs Manifesto on New Italian Code for Distress and Insolvency

Milan - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, is one of 22 prestigious law firms to have signed the manifesto on the new Italian Code for Distress and Insolvency, published in the daily economic newspaper “Sole24Ore”, to ask the Italian Government to open a debate. The Paul Hastings lawyers involved are the chair of our Milan office Bruno Cova and senior associate Juljan Puna.
