Paul Hastings Represents Wells Fargo Capital Finance in Financing for Crowley Petroleum Distribution, Inc

Los Angeles, CA (February 13, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC, part of Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC), in connection with a $100 million revolving senior credit facility for Crowley Petroleum Distribution, Inc., which sells and distributes petroleum products.

Crowley Petroleum Distribution, Inc. plans to finance its fuel inventory and related receivables with the facility.
