Paul Hastings Represents Underwriters in Mongolian Mining Corporation’s Rights Issue

Hong Kong (December 30, 2014) - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that it advised J.P. Morgan and BNP Paribas as underwriters on Mongolian Mining Corporation’s (“MMC”) US$195 million rights issue. Hong Kong-listed MMC is principally engaged in open-pit mining and processing of coking coal in Mongolia.

Paul Hastings has advised on several rights issues this year including advising UBS as financial adviser on Fosun International’s US$631 million rights issue and Haitong International on its US$340 million rights issue.
