Paul Hastings Represents Tejon Ranch Company in Superior Court Victory

Los Angeles, CA (March 28, 2006) – Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, won an Order, on behalf of client Tejon Ranch Company (TRC), discharging the Peremptory Writ of Mandate that the Court had issued to the County of Kern, which had ordered it to revise its air quality and biological resources analyses in the environmental impact report for the client’s project. This win permits the client to move ahead with its Tejon Industrial Complex – East project. Judge Kenneth Twisselman’s ruling on March 24, 2006, dismisses the last legal challenge to the start of the project. The Tejon Industrial Complex – East project, located on the east side of I-5, will provide approximately 15 million square feet of commercial/industrial property on approximately 11,000 acres.
