Paul Hastings Represents TDR Capital and Algeco Scotsman in Acquisition of Target Logistics

Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented private equity firm TDR Capital and its portfolio company Algeco Scotsman, a global business services company focused on modular space and secure storage solutions, in the acquisition of Target Logistics Management, LLC, a leading provider of full-service remote workforce accommodation solutions in the United States.

The total consideration for the transaction is up to approximately $625 million based on Targets financial projections with approximately $350 million deferred and linked to Targets expected performance over multiple years. The transaction closed on Feb 15, 2013.
