Paul Hastings Represents Rockwood Capital and Vestar in Retail Joint Venture and Financing

San Francisco, CA (December 19, 2011) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Rockwood Capital, LLC, a private real estate investment firm, and Vestar, a commercial development and management company, in a joint venture to acquire Real Property known as The District at Green Valley Ranch, a retail shopping center within a mixed development community in Henderson, Nevada.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Paul Hastings also represented the joint venture in arranging financing for the purchase.
