New York, NY -- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented RBC Capital Markets and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners and Royal Bank of Canada, as administrative agent, in connection with $555 million in senior secured credit facilities in favor of Livingston International, a North American provider of customs brokerage services, for the refinancing of certain existing indebtedness of Livingston International.
