Paul Hastings Represents PSA Peugeot-Citroën in Joint Venture with ADEME to Develop Hybrid Motors

Paris, France-- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented French automobile manufacturer PSA Peugeot-Citroën in a joint venture to create a new hybrid motor for vehicles with the Agence de lEnvironnement et de la Maîtrise de lEnergie (ADEME), the French government agency that promotes environmental protection and use of clean-energy technologies.

The project, called Hybrid Air, will produce a new type of full hybrid drivetrain using a mixture of compressed air and gasoline. Launch of the development is scheduled for 2016.
