Paul Hastings Represents Morgan Stanley in $700 Million Exit Financing to Visteon

New York, NY (October 8, 2010) - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, a leading global law firm, represented Morgan Stanley as agent on the $700 million bankruptcy exit financing to Visteon Corporation, a leading global auto supplier of climate, interior, and electronic systems to global automotive original equipment manufacturers.

The financing consisted of a $200 million asset-based loan and a $500 million term loan.
