Paul Hastings Represents LIN Media in Two Strategic Acquisitions of Majority Ownership Stakes in HYFN and Dedicated Media

Washington, DC-- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented LIN Media in the acquisitions of majority ownership positions in HYFN, a full-service digital agency that develops and implements mobile, social and Web experiences for some of the world’s largest brands, and in Dedicated Media, a multichannel ad-buying firm. The HYFN acquisition closed on April 5, 2013, and the purchase of LIN’s stake in Dedicated Media closed on April 9, 2013.
