Paul Hastings Represents Lexington Realty Trust in Pricing of Public Offering

New York, NY (December 20, 2010) - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Lexington Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust focused on single-tenant real estate investments, in the companys pricing of a public offering of 10 million of its common shares at a price of $7.70 per share.

Lexington will use the net proceeds of the offering for the repayment of indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.
