Paul Hastings Represents JPMorgan in Connection with Increase and Extension of $2 Billion Credit Facility for Murphy Oil Corporation

Houston, Texas – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, DNB Markets, Inc., RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as co-lead arrangers and joint bookrunners, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as the administrative agent, in connection with a commitment increase and maturity date extension for the $2 billion revolving credit facility for Murphy Oil Corporation, Canam Offshore Limited and Murphy Oil Company Ltd.
