Paul Hastings Represents Intrepid Museum Foundation in Acquisition of Space Shuttle Enterprise

(December 13, 2011) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented, on a pro bono basis, Intrepid Museum Foundation, which operates the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York City, in its acquisition of Space Shuttle Enterprise from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
The Enterprise will move to the Museum in the summer of 2012. Additional details about the deal can be found on the Intrepid Museums website.
