Paul Hastings Represents IntercontinentalExchange in its Agreement to Acquire YellowJacket Software

Atlanta, GA (February 19, 2008) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that the firm represented IntercontinentalExchange (ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and over-the-counter markets, in its agreement to acquire YellowJacket Software, Inc., a financial technology firm.
Atlanta partner Frank Layson and associate David Clifton led the Paul Hastings team, which included partners Mark Lange and Eric Keller, and associates Adrienne Smith and Crescent Moran. Johnathan Short, ICEs general counsel, and Andrew Surdykowski, ICEs assistant general counsel, also represented ICE in the transaction.
