Atlanta, GA (May 5, 2006) – Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings), a leading international law firm, represented Holloway Sportswear, Inc. and Holloway Group, Inc. a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of team and active apparel, in its acquisition by Augusta Sportswear Group, Inc., a portfolio company of Linsalata Capital Partners. The deal closed on May 2, 2006.
The Paul Hastings team, led by Atlanta partner Wayne Bradley, also included partners Philip Marzetti and Eric Keller, and associates Jared Brandman, Tong Zou, Tony Barwick, Aaron Kowan and Lisa Brown.

Under the agreement, Augusta acquired substantially all of Holloway Sportswear, Inc.’s and Holloway Group, Inc.’s assets.
